Processing Times
As each order is carefully prepared, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Options
We currently offer the following UK delivery services:
- Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class (£1.20)
- Express Delivery – Evri 48 Hours (£2.65)
- Tracked Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (price calculated at checkout)
Available delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Free Delivery
We offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders over £25.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 business days
- Evri 48 Hours: 1–2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually the next business day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, adverse weather or courier delays that are outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all tracked delivery services once your order has been dispatched.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delays and Lost Parcels
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, Evri or other delivery providers.
