How long does delivery take?

Most Bonnie Willow orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Personalised items may take a little longer as they're made to order. Delivery estimates will be shown on each product page where applicable.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders. Any current delivery offers or thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Where are your products made?

Our greeting cards and stationery are designed by Bonnie Willow in the UK. Many products are made, personalised and packed by us, while selected items may be produced by trusted UK manufacturing partners to ensure the highest quality.

Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Many of our products can be personalised with names or short messages. Simply enter your personalisation details on the product page before adding your item to your basket.

Can I order multiple products together?

Absolutely. If your order contains personalised or made-to-order items, they may occasionally be dispatched separately to ensure each item reaches you as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped. Where available, tracking details will be included in your confirmation email.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the item and its packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier.

Can I return a personalised item?
